Plans: Explorer (free), Creator Monthly (£4.99/month), Creator Annual (£49.99/year).

Billing: Paid plans renew automatically (monthly or annual) until cancelled.

Payment Processor: All billing is handled securely by Stripe. We do not store credit/debit card details.

Cancellations: You can cancel anytime in your account settings. Access remains until the end of the paid period.

Enforcement: Violations will result in immediate account suspension and may lead to legal action. We actively monitor for suspicious activity including unusual request patterns, automated access, and bulk data extraction.

Commercial Use: Commercial use requires written permission from Studio Bee.

We monitor usage and log activity to ensure compliance, prevent abuse, and detect threats.

In case of a security incident, we may suspend access, preserve data, and notify authorities.

Third-Party Brands: Names and trademarks of art supply manufacturers remain their property. We use them for identification purposes only.

User Content: You retain ownership of palettes, swatches, or uploads, but grant us a license to display/share them in accordance with your account settings.

You are solely responsible for the content, designs, or materials you upload, generate, or share.

Studio Bee assumes no liability for disputes between users or between a user and a third party regarding intellectual property, design rights, or copyright claims.

You agree to indemnify Studio Bee against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your content or use of the service.

Outputs from ColorMate.io (including swatch shapes, colors, or arrangements) are generated tools and may resemble generic formats (e.g., hexagons, squares). Such formats are not protected IP.

If we receive a valid copyright notice (e.g. DMCA), we may take down allegedly infringing content in accordance with the law.

What is Color Vault? Color Vault allows users to submit art supply color data (hex values, color names, brand information) to help expand our database.

Review Process: All submissions are reviewed by our team before being added to the public database. We may edit, reject, or modify submissions for accuracy and consistency.

Ownership: By submitting color data, you grant Studio Bee a perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and incorporate that data into our database.

Accuracy: You confirm that any data you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not infringe on any third-party rights.

No Compensation: Submissions are voluntary contributions to the community. No payment or credit is guaranteed for accepted submissions.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect color accuracy.

While we implement strong security, no system is 100% secure.

Except where prohibited by law, Studio Bee is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

Nothing excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by us.

We comply with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act of 2018.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

Upon termination, access ceases immediately.

We may retain data for legal, security, or compliance reasons as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
